Unfortunately due the server crash we lost also the recent Backups so it is not possible restore all the data.
We have already restored the 95% of the referrers and we are manually restoring another batch of accounts.
Based on our informations, after all of the above, only 875-877 accounts will be out of fixing.
So..to close the matter, We decided to anticipate our scheduling and on
next Tuesday you will find the Changing Sponsor Tool to confirm or
change your Sponsor/Referrer.
We will close all the tickets (we really have not the time to answer).
To who sent a ticket for a different issue..please re-submit it starting from next Tuesday.

There is a Direct referrals Problem on Bux-Matrix.
Our technicians are checking into...firsts results are not
encouraging....however, we should be able to fix that within next
Monday.
In the meantime, please, DO NOT PURCHASE the Upgrade if your sponsor is disappeared.
NO problems found with the Rented Referrals.
